Robert H. Treman State Park is one of my favorite local spots.  It has several miles of hiking trails and part of the Fingerlakes Trail runs through the park as well.  The waterfalls and gorges can be very dramatic at different times of the year but I think my favorite time is the Fall when the colors are stunning!
